we want for a shopping for a sled, the shop was empty with no vendor, empty! no vendor to be seen! after all we went to their neighbor and bought a brp! dont expect good customer service, we got served by this women with big glass and black hair, she was arogant with us. No offence but we came to buy and you threated us like trash sorry to say, we will never come back again. service was nada!

Overall experience was great, there was an issue with the bike but they called in a tech (on a Saturday at that) and the update was completed and I was on my way home with my new purchase. Mistakes happen but they made it right and in my opinion that’s what counts. Thanks again

This review is not based on an encounter, but rather the lack of communication. I've been trying to get ahold of the service/parts Department for the past 3 days (left 2 voicemails) and still can't reach ANYONE, not even the front desk. Why bother have phones if you aren't picking up the line or answering voicemails.

Wow, after waiting around 10 minutes at the parts counter while an employee was on a terminal, she finally asked me if I had been served. ?? I needed a oil filter for my 9.9 Suzuki outboard: not in stock, asked for 10w-40 oil Suzuki, not in stock... I'm so glad that I did not buy my outboard there, could just imagine the type of service I would received. While I was waiting, another customer was being told that the part they had ordered had been sold to someone else... unbelievable.

Honest folks. No lies, misadvertisement or obfuscation. What you see on website is what you get, no 'safety fee', 'paperwork fee', 'registration fee', 'factory installed non-removable options' and other tricks sooooo many dealers guilty of. Alan, Mario and others deserve 6 starts if I can give them. Enjoying my Kawasaki and will see them next time I need anything with a motor and wheels.
