Took our bikes there for a service and they did an amazing job! Reasonably priced and they were very honest about what needed replacing and what didn’t. They didn’t try to sell you additional items. Wait time was about a week, but worth the wait. They really pay attention to the details. The store itself has a great range of cycling clothing, bikes, shoes, helmets at very reasonable prices. They also have really good online sales. Definitely recommend them! Great service!

I bought a Cube Reaction Pro size XL bike from Primeau Velo Gatineau and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I have to give a special thanks to Andre because he really helped me and the quality and price he offered me was unbeatable! I am about 6 feet tall or 183 cm and the size XL fits me perfectly. The only question I have is: The website says all Cube reaction pro components are Shimano, but my bike is all Sram? I would appreciate it if you could answer. Thanks Primeau.
