Today while biking on the path I got a flat tire. Just by chance this shop was about 1km from me. I walked in and asked if they could fix my tire and right away they took in my bike. They were very professional and friendly. The price was very reasonable and I was so happy I could continue my bike ride! Thank you so much!

Lost my family's business today. Used to take my bikes for regular tuneups and repairs but when I brought in my daughter's bike they fixed a bunch of things that didn't need it and failed to repair what needed to be. When we went back they said it was not repairable? Wouldn't even try to be helpful. Thanks for charging me $300 for nothing guys! Maybe if you want to focus on the fancy bike set you should be up front about that!

Very relieved to have found L'Altelier Vélo as my bike needed a lot of work and they did a great job. They were honest with their quote & timeline. I also very much appreciate that they have the service to pick up and drop off your bike from your residence, since I was without a vehicle and couldn't find any place I could walk to. Thank you!

Was having a great ride in Gatineau Park until my chain blew up. Packed up to go home but saw this shop on my way. Stopped in and they had a new chain on in minutes even though they were clearly very busy. Turned around and went back to finish my ride. Great service! Thanks.
