I just received my bike, after ordering it 1 week ago. Order was made on a Wednesday and bike travelled across Canada and delivered to my door the following Thursday. Shipping price was steep, but most people don’t buy a bike and ship it clear across the country and I was ok with it. Sometimes you get lucky which is the way we feel after discovering Karim. My wife and I have Gazelle e bikes and in Karim Regragui we have found expert service. He is highly competent and reliable and prices for service and repairs are fair. I would highly recommend this store. One last thing. If anyone is considering purchasing an e-bike we have Gazelles, a C8 and a C380 Ultimate and we both love them.
