I would give them "0" stars if I could. I have several E-bikes and scooters. Repair and Run came recommended by the crew at Derand, and boy was I disappointed. 1st off, don't even bother calling because no one there can answer the phone. All you guys are awesome. Very smart. Know everything about fixing my scooter. Explained in detail what work was to be done. Very honest people. Had my scooter fix d and back in 2 days. And it was better than before. I would highly recommend Repair and Run. And I will be back for sure to do my upgrades. I've been too other escooter shops and this one was by far the best. 5 star for sure.

Great service, great price. I brought two Apollo city scooters in for repair. Both needed stem replacements due to a recall. One of them had had a mysterious system failure after taking a tumble. Dropped my bike of for a consult to install Swytch ebike conversion and a tune up. This was off season so finding the place was a little difficult. Armin serviced my bike and Harshit gave me advice on what swytch gear to order. I postponed my swytch order due to competing commitments but the bike was service nicely and cleaned up. Very happy, will be back. Quick turnaround if you guys go early in January as they've got plenty of capacity.

Took my Rad e-bike wheel in for a motor noise diagnosis and Harshit handled it incredibly quickly. He opened the motor, found the bearing issue right away, cleaned everything, and gave me a clear explanation of what needed to be done next. Super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.
