Really great folks. Really helpful. Excellent place to have skis/boards baseground/waxed. Super solid ski shop staff. They even went out and bought special jig equipment to mount my telemark skis. Can't say enough positive things about the shop and the folks that work there. Also, a great place to look for new snowboards, new skis and used hockey gear. Just.Plain.Awesome.

I got a flat tire on my bike while cycling in the area. Kind enough to lend me a pump. Ended up buying a patch kit and fixing my flat on the spot. Really good people. Great store. They got the winter bicycle gloves I've been looking for.

Employees are knowledgeable when it comes to aspect of fitting and informing you of how to get fitted and what is good vs not. The tune up shop however remains to be desired, especially the amount that is being charged in regards to tuning.

Not good shop everything is pricey.. we rent we been charge a paddle that was not there the guys not checking the stock so you need to check for yourself if anything is there or you gonna been charge if missing..

I bought snowboard boots there back in October, we are now mid February. One of the boot had a defect. Sport Echange took care of contacting the company and a few days later I ended up with brand new boots. They took care of everything. Best service ever. This is the 3rd snowboard equipment I buy there, I would not go anywhere else! Staff are so knowledgeable and professional! Merci SE!
