I can't praise this business enough. Locally owned and operated, super solid peeps, they absolutely know what they're doing. If you need it, they either have it or will get it faster than anyone else. Broke a chain on a ride today and walked my bike in about an hour before closing. I left 45 minutes later with new grips, a chain, a cassette (everything was overdue for changing), and, of course, a killer ZenCog hat. I drive 15 minutes to visit Zen Cog versus the bike shop close to me. I’m in love with every worker there and the place just has a great vibe! AND they keep my bike in tip top shape. Loving ZenCog for over 10 years and recommend them still.

First time using Zencog. FIrst impression was fantastic. I had hydraulic brakeset replacement and a derailleur adjustment/ new chain. Everything is in proper working order. Smooth shifts, proper brake bite. And there customer service was great. Nice guys. Edit: I got to ride my bike today. Silky smooth shifts and the brakes were perfectly adjusted! 5 star
