Open Road Bicycles

I recently purchased a Specialized hardtail from this shop. I can tell you this place has a very knowledgeable and courteous staff. I have always loved bikes and bike shops. This one is clean and inviting. Thank you again guys for a great experience! Oh, and by the way, I love the bike!

I ordered a sirrus x 3.0 from specialized website. It was shipped and assembled there within a week. They called to let me know it was ready for pickup. Showed up to pick it up today, walked in the store, not busy there was one man there talking to the clerk about some expensive bikes. I didn't really feel welcomed. Kind of short and dismissive. (What's the name? Here sign this. See ya.) Kind of like I was picking up a pizza. The clerk didn't ask if I had any questions or offer anything else ...

Great LBS ( local bike shop ). Brian and his staff have provided me and my family with great service & support for our family’s bike needs. Brian and his crew are friendly, down to earth, personable and professional. This last trip was a spoke replacement and truing a wheel. We’ve purchased a bike for my son a few years ago and they were very helpful finding the right bike and adjusting it for him. I have had them build bikes for me and upgrade parts and most notably, work out unwanted noises...

I needed a bike part that I had lost while trying to work on it. They not only had it and at a price that I truly couldn’t believe but were just some of the nicest people you could imagine. For bicycle stuff, I would highly recommend this place

My tire got a hole in it while I was headed to work, this is a nice 10 mile ride I make daily. I was Fortunate since this occured less than a mile from Open Road Bicycles. They were very helpful after I purchased a new tube and they allowed me to borrow a pry to remove my tire. I will very soon return to allow them to give my bike a full tune up no matter the cost. I am grateful to them as I still made it to work on time.
