I ordered the Warp9 handlebars for a Surron from these guys and it’s a great product! I ordered the wrong one for a light bee and I need the hyper bee handlebars and they were easy to contact. I’ll be ordering from them again for sure. Thank you!

Ordered the Bonnell 775 MX. I experienced a 4 month backlog. Great customer service if you demand it. Had 2 issues: 1) Getting charged 4 months before the product shipped. This created doubt for how legitimate the company is. I asked about this and I received a rather short unsatisfactory answer from them. Terrible experience. Worst “manager” I’ve ever spoken with. He told me to purchase an experience for my kid instead of a “material item” like a bike. (Yes—this was said by a company that sells bikes.) I received my order already opened and clearly used, so this was not a minor issue or cosmetic problem. When I contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility for sending a used product, they told me I would be charged a 15% restocking fee to return it. Charging a restocking fee for an item that arrived in this condition is completely unreasonable. This shows poor quality control and even worse customer service.
