Great service and reasonable prices. I really appreciate their knowledge and assistance. I know nothing about bikes except to get on and ride them. I would be lost without bicycles, etc. They helped me when I originally purchased my bike and now they are helping me as my bike needs work (bike is aging).

Good selection, good prices and top-notch customer service. Dave gave me his full time and attention in selecting and testing bikes with me and worked late to customize it for me so I could get a trail ride the next morning! High quality customer service from Benjamin and William. Benjamin saw me all the way through from diagnostic of the issue, through replacement, and ordering a needed part. William went out of his way to help me even though I wasn’t his specific client at that moment. I would highly recommend this place! Also, I felt like Benjamin truly had my best interest in mind. He wasn’t trying to take advantage of me, but truly wanted to find the best option for me.
