Trek Bicycle Jacksonville Lakeshore

I chose this shop due to the positive reviews and they did not disappoint. I don’t know anything about bikes or what it needed but I knew my husband loved his old bike, wanted to get it fixed one day and did not want a new one. I took it in and Manden was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful the entire process. I loved how honest he was about what needed to be replaced and what could be salvaged. Customer Service was absolutely great. They were able to fix my bike in seconds. I will most definitely come back with my other bikes. I highly recommend everyone to come here.

Great community oriented bike shop. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. I'm really glad they were able to replace my bike's chain for free when I needed it the most. The only bike shop I go to, they keep my bike in top shape to ride safely. Thanks again!

Quality products and services. The staff are always helpful and take time to understand what services and/or products you are expecting. Their price is a bit high, but the service they provide (especially to repeat customers) makes it worth the price. Nice folks and good service from a reputable company. I am not a rabid bicycle person, but I am charged with providing my granddaughter with a well maintained and safe bicycle. They do an excellent job, and our bicycle is not even a Trek!
