This experience was extremely disappointing. Everything is misleading, and they treat customers as if they have no common sense. I felt truly offended by the explanations they gave me. Joey was really great and even got to meet the manager. He seemed pretty cool too. I was supposed to pick up a CBR 650f on Saturday afternoon, 11/22, because we talked about getting it the next day. But, unfortunately, the CBR was sold the same Friday afternoon and they didn't tell me about it until I drove all the way up there to pick it up on Saturday.
