I had the best experience at REI! I took mike Schwinn Suburban in for a clicking noise and they were a bit busy but, the customer service provided by Craig and Charlotte was superb! Honest shop. I’m an absolute moron and after two years of not riding I forgot how to use my integrated brake shifters. To me it seemed the shifters were broken so I brought the bike in for service. The bike guy was totally cool and showed me how they shift (which I instantly remembered and felt like an idiot). Now at this point they coulda sold me on anything. Took my bike in to replace tyres and overall tune up. Shop staff was very friendly and personable. Quick turnaround and excellent service & pricing. Highly recommend. Plan to use them again soon to assemble an adult tricycle.
