Bill and Patrick are awesome. Great experience as they set the bike up for us. Wonderful test ride. Service after the sale with minor problem they quickly resolved. Now my non-avid cyclist wife & I can ride +30 miles together. I also use it to commute to work sometimes. Over a year and +1300 miles later, our Velec R36 is going strong!
