Wally at Champion Cycle was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly helping my Neighbor select a new bicycle. My Neighbor is unable to drive and relies on his bike for transportation. I would rate lower if it were possible. My 9 year was devastated when his friend accidentally broke the rear wheel on his 2 month old bike. My wife took his bike to Champion Cycling on San Jose for help getting the chain put on and getting a new black wheel to match his front one and make the bike look like it did originally. The employee, I believe his name is Walter, argued with her about what color wheel to put on this rear tire and she and I were being picky for not wanting a chrome wheel...

I was worried about how complicated a workshop on waxing my chain would be, but Catherine really had it broken into very easy steps and showed many of her tips and tricks to make it easy to do and remember. It was a full shop, but was so fun to meet new people that love cycling! We actually had plenty of room! What else don't I know I should be doing with my bike?!
