I bought a 2022 Giant Trance X2 from these guys online and it was a flawless process. Only thing that was worrisome was that their online ordering status didn't upload from "being processed" even though the bike was shipped and over 48 hours had elapsed. Very happy with the Bike Connection in PA! Great customer service and helpful advice. I bought a bike which I was not happy with and they let me trade it in the day after for a different bike. They also let me try a lot of bicycles and were patient as I chose. I will be a returning customer. Thank you!

When I returned, I was told the rotor was “ruined” again and quoted another $250+. After I called and spoke with t...
