Great service! Bought a rear light that attendant helped me install and phone stand. Also had my squeaky brakes serviced but they couldn’t get my bike wheels off (I had purchased some extra safety) so they did what they could and largely fixed the squeaky noise and didn’t charge me! Very generous and good service.

Best people ever. Super helpful and super friendly. They really helped me out with cycling overall and the group rides they host are amazing. Thank you so much Paul, Logan and the rest of the crew.

When my bike chain broke yesterday, I was fortunately only a few blocks from Palo Alto Bicycles. They were able to take care of it right away, and it was fixed by the time I got some coffee across the street. It was very affordable, and the technician was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back for any bike needs in the future!
