Shop team (thanks, Scott!) all really know their stuff with Canyon brand bikes. No major upsells on used bike maintenance or safety tune ups / checks, just good vibes of go out and learn your new-to-you MTB. Will be going back for maintenance I can’t do on my own (eg shock services) and plan to buy my next bike here when the time comes. Hopefully not for a long time.

Bought my daughters bike from here for college, she had an issue with it after some vandalism……Gil took exceptional care of her! The SRAM deralieur failed after less than one year. Mike's Bikes technician was very helpful in procuring another derailer for me under manufacturers warranty. He saved me a lot of work and research. Very happy customer.
