I love this bike shop so much. I really don’t bother coming anywhere else. They really put in a lot of care into the process, know esp. Mtb products and recs. They also have a really well curated cross section of Mtb bikes for sale. People who work here are very experienced riders.. + the shop is really pretty at night as you walk By w- the pink & purple lights. * heart is in the right place here At Stay True. No Bs. Support local business !!!

This is one of the better independent bike shops I’ve ever been to. Nick and his crew are super knowledgeable and will always take time to explain all possible options. I never feel like I’m being pressured into high priced upgrades or repairs. Turn around times are very reasonable for scheduled maintenance but you for sure need to plan ahead as they get busy. Service was excellent at Stay True. Price was less than quoted. Quality of work rendered was top notch. Really am glad I found a new bike shop in my neighborhood. I have a low end Marin mountain bike with low end parts, it was $600 new three years ago. Mike's bikes told me that they couldn't put a new bottom bracket in the type of bike I had. Friendly. Nick and the crew know the value of relationships and treating everyone well. I was especially pleased because Nick was able to diagnose and fix my bike, imported from Germany. Every other dealer would only work on bikes they also sell. At Stay True they are happy to work on any e-bike with a Bosch drive. I don't write recommendations for businesses, but I make an exception for Stay True who are happy to work with the quirky local clientele.
