For the past 2 years, I have had my bike serviced here and have had pleasant experiences with all of the staff. Everyone is patient and will gladly explain any question you may have. Omar the mechanic is knowledgeable and has wonderful customer service skills. He understands the product and how riders use it. Victor & Alex and another lady was very helpful. Got my brake serviced by Victor and he tuned up my bike too and Alex installed the coffee holder and premium headlight very fast for no extra charge.
