Pacific E-Bike

Greeat guy, very knowledgeable nice products and shop. Just be sure to make an appointment but i dont know how either, the phone number outside is not working and the guy did not gave a number to call. For a 30 mins job $65 plus bolts needed, to install the wheel to the main frame, since its my 1st ever to be in an e bike shop, im not sure if its a good price. But i have to wait for 3 days to get my bike back. So if your in a rush, not the best place go.

Scott helped me navigate a very frustrating tire warranty issue. He was readily available, investigated the issue thoroughly, and helped me get back on the bike as quickly as possible, including giving me a spare wheel. I’m not sure where I’d be without his technical expertise and drive to help me figure out the issues.

Easily the worst experience I have ever had in a bike shop (perhaps any shop). The owner is rude, incompetent, and dishonest. I brought my e-bike in for repair in August and was told that getting a part would take awhile but it would be ready early October. I agreed. In October I tried calling and texting to check on progress. It took numerous attempts before I got a response. The part had come in, I was told, he was busy and would get to it in a week. Scott is AWESOME. He has his rough edges, and is insanely direct and i love that. Too many people are used to BSing and giving the run around. I can't thank Scott at the Pacific E-bike shop enough for the incredible experience I had renting e-bikes from him!
