I brought my bike in the night of December 23 and Benton came through big time. Let me leave it and had it turned around half an hour after opening the next morning, the day before Christmas. He was knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to interact with. Thank you 🥰

Stay away from Mike's Bikes. Many of their staff seem to have no idea what they're talking about and on numerous occasions, they've sold me the wrong part for my bike. I once dropped off my bike for repairs, and after six weeks of waiting (they had to order a part, evidently) I called only to find out the part had arrived weeks ago and they had misplaced it. Support a local bike shop instead.

I walked into Mike’s Bikes in Berkeley in a rough mood, and the team there got me up and running again. From the moment I stepped in, they were communicative, attentive, and provided a great repair on a snapped derailleur cable. They even took the time to make some thoughtful recommendations for when I’m ready to buy my next frame. Always a great and pro experience at MB.

I have a 1996 Super V 700 I bought brand new back in the day that has reached the end of the trail, unable to be repaired due to lack of parts, especially for the needle shock.
