What a great bike shop. Audrey and Jordan were exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond with their help trying figure out how to assemble a road. Jordan is very knowledgeable about bikes and everything as it relates to mechanical repair. I really appreciate their help. I strongly recommend this bike shop whether you are looking for a new bike, need a repair/tune up or in the market for an upgrade. Look forward to coming back here again.

This place is so great - they are knowledgeable and take a “bikes as transport” approach. Rob, Jordan, Audrey and team are extremely competent and friendly. You will walk out having learned something and maybe with a really awesome bike (or two) in hand. Highly recommend!

This is one of the nicest, most professional bike shops I've been to - the staff is really friendly and helpful, and they have a surprisingly good selection of parts. Nice place to shop if you're looking for a useful bike outside the traditional "racing" style that a lot of the big chains prioritize. I've been here a few times and always felt welcomed, with none of the condescension that a lot of bike bro-ey shop dudes can give off at other places.

So, instead, I need to take my bike to a shop that’s twice as far. I can understand changing store policies but to stop servicing a local customer’s bike that you’ve already worked on before doesn’t make any sense and seems like a poor decision for a local, Independent community bike shop. Not sure ...
