Trek Bicycle Alexandria North

I feel fortunate to have such a fantastic bike store close to my home. There is a great selection of high quality bikes and accessories, the staff is knowledgable and friendly, and the service is quick. they are timely to schedule an appointment and for quick fixes, they will will even help you on the spot. I love this store!

I think this Trek shop might be the best Trek store in the DMV area. The managet is super awesome and was amenable to my needs (I was looking for for some smaller cranks since I have very short legs). I was looking at upgrading my bike so I went there to check some new bikes out, and they said they can give me a really nice trade in deal that really surprised me. I wish they were closer to where I live; I almost took the deal, but I ended up keeping the old bike to convert for gravel use and ...

I took my bike here recently to get a service for the first time since buying it 3 years ago. They did a great job here and it rides like new now. The service was quick and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, addressing all my concerns and questions. I'll definitely be going back here for service in the future.

Great place! So happy with my new bike. Great friendly and professional staff. I like the fact that they know their stuff, and were not trying to up sale me on anything, but rather helped me pick the right bike for me. I really like the fact that I got to test the bike before purchasing to ensure I really liked it. Very happy with my purchase and love how well it has done on some of the local trails.

The service providers were very helpful and offered great advice to help me find what I needed and make my purchases. I highly recommend this shop for all your bike needs.
