I love these folks because they love bikes, they love going biking, and they love their customers. I was looking to upgrade an old bicycle, and was not confident about many new features and recent tech developments. I visited each of two Big Wheel stores -- one in Arlington where Eric and Adam ran through through a host of options; and at their second store in Old Town Alexandria, where Bennet and Ray reserved a unique bike on their floor, as I took a couple days to work through my options...

Brought in bike for tune up. Super friendly, knowledgeable service at a reasonable price. Great folks and they did wonders for the bike. Highly recommend.

Super good dudes. Had a wild tubeless blow out and dropped it off on a summer Sunday for repair + minor annual tune-up. Really quick work for really okay pricing. Will def return 👍🏻
