Pedego Electric Bikes Alexandria

I stopped by here 4 months ago asking if they could repair some broken spokes. Todd was great. Always trust a Red Sox fan. Very knowledgeable and honest of options of various costs and expected degrees of success. Already planning next bike to be bought here. Mostly because I like the bikes but the people seem great too.

Todd gave me five-star service—detailed instructions, seat fixes, and offered up a nice cold bottle of water before sending me on my way to explore Alexandria on such a beautiful Saturday! The E-bike ( my first time riding one of these) was powerful, with responsive pedal assist and a handy throttle for hills and take-offs! My sister and I really enjoyed our Pedego bikes - rented from Todd at the Alexandria Lee St. location. Todd gave us detailed instructions on using the bikes, fixed our seats, added an extra storage bag for our water bottles, explained the directions and sent us on our way to Mt. Vernon. Pedego Electric Bikes were able to help me knock something off my bucket list. I have wanted to bike on the GW Parkway forever, enjoying the lovely views of the Potomac with our Nations Capital gleaming in the background. We had never road electric bikes before and I may never go back. The staff was helpful & courtesy while getting us on the road. We would definitely go back or recommend them to others.

Todd was incredible in helping cultivate a great experience for me. He took extra care to show me how the bike worked and get me headed on the right path. I rode the trail from Old Town Alexandria, VA to Mount Vernon on a warm day in March and it was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Pedego for bike rentals. I will definitely be renting from them again!
