The staff at Strickly Ebikes were professional and courteous. I took my cycleboard to have the hydraulic brake line and caliper replaced. The technician also identified a bent rotor. The work was completed quickly and correctly and at a great price! It's rare to find quality efficient service these days, but Stricky Ebikes was the exception. I brought my grandson’s tire to be replaced. He had taken it off the bike, but couldn’t get the tire off the wheel. We called just before closing yesterday and were happy to learn they could do it. Turns out they had difficulty at first, but kept end at it. Reasonable price for repair. Superb customer service! Made my grandson a happy camper!!! Strictly E-Bikes did a great job on my bike. They performed a full tune-up, replaced my brakes, and did a thorough inspection. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and the quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend!

Bought my first ever e-bike from Strictly E Bikes and the experience was great! All of the staff members were super friendly and welcoming and helpful and answered all my questions. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of E bikes. There were no prejudices based on bike model, manufacturer or pricing. They helped me find the bike that was right for me. I was able to test ride a variety of bikes to make sure I was getting the correct size and that the bike felt good to me. They briefly went over the functionality of the bike and made sure I had safety equipment for my ride. Extremely happy with my purchase.
