Justin is a genius when it comes to working on bikes. I had a creaking in my headset on my beautiful canyon ultimate. No one else could find it, I took my bike to a couple places before I went to see Justin at Meteor Bike Shop. He found my bottom locking headset spacer. Justin had me ordering the right part from canyon, he installed it properly and serviced my bearings. Justin was incredibly helpful when I stopped by the bike shop. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. Definitely someone who goes above above and beyond. Even took the time to help me install my bike on my bike rack! The Meteor has the Culture/Vibe you’d want from a bike shop!

I couldn’t be happier after my visit. Justin helped me right away, and in just five minutes he checked a few things, tightened some bolts, and told me everything was perfect. Amazing. My cheap-ass Facebook marketplace tube popped, but they diagnosed with the actual tire rubber was separated from the inner lining. They gave me a free tire from the spare parts bin they had! Saved this noob hours of effort and headache: I really appreciate it!

Justin worked on my bike's crank arm a few months back and the same issue happened again. Turns out the crank arm was covered under warranty, so the seller sent me a new one. I took my bike to Meteor again and Justin put on the new crank arm. When I got ready to pay, he said not to worry about it. He didn't have to do that, but I can dig it!
