Needed rear derailleur pulley wheels on my road bike. Tech upsold me on full service, saying chain was out of spec (it wasn't), and bar tape was ripped (it was, but still worked). With pulley wheels and full service, quote was $320. Picked bike up and bill was $390 because they said the bike needed new brake pads (it didn't). Went on a ride today and brakes were not properly adjusted and squeaked. Computer was removed and put on backwards. Neither speed nor cadence worked. Amateurs. W...

Came across Dallas bike Works on a quick search for mountain bikes that would suit my kid. Although no mountain bikes were purchased, I did come across a heck of a deal on a wheel set that fit my XC BIKE PERFECTLY! Called to inquire about a Flat Tire around 3ish, The Customer Service over the phone was nice. had to run some errands and came in 15 minutes before they closed, and the gentleman at the front greeted me kindly. They took my bike to the back, fixed the flat, and they tightened the screws on my front tire (that came off when I got there). The gentleman at the front educated me on a couple things about my bike, and showed me some of their products while I waited, Overall, Chill, Quick, Affordab...

As my endurance and riding skills improved, I realized I wanted a full-suspension setup to tackle more technical terrain and features with greater control and confidence. The Tallboy 5, specifically the CC ...

Had a great experience buying a new bike at DBW. Stephen was awesome and spent a ton of time with me helping me figure out what I wanted and adjusting the bike. Great team, great vibe, much appreciated!
