Jason was absolutely amazing in helping me purchase my first Trek bike! I learned so much throughout the process, and he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I chose the right bike for me, not just any bike. He even let me test ride several times in different situations to make sure I felt comfortable and confident before committing. He never rushed me and made sure I only bought what I truly needed. The whole experience felt personal, stress-free, and...
We've purchased two bikes here. Trek bikes are excellent, and the people in this store are professional and competent. I've also had one bike in for service, and that was a positive experience. I will happily do business with them again.
Jarrod at the Snyder Plaza location was outstanding. He was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. His passion for cycling really comes through, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. Jason was equally fantastic—he took his time to share his in-depth knowledge and provided excellent guidance. Together, Jarrod and Jason made my experience exceptional. The entire team at this location deserves eve...

I learned the former after purchasing the bike and latter right b...
