Jason was absolutely amazing in helping me purchase my first Trek bike! I learned so much throughout the process, and he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I chose the right bike for me, not just any bike. We've purchased two bikes here. Trek bikes are excellent, and the people in this store are professional and competent. I've also had one bike in for service, and that was a positive experience. I will happily do business with them again.

His passion for cycling really comes through, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. Jason was equally fantastic—he took his time to share his in-depth knowledge and provided excellent guidance. Together, Jarrod and Jason made my experience exceptional. The entire team at this location deserves eve...

Very good trip to Trek, the bike tech helped me with exactly what I needed, and I'm looking forward to shopping here in the future. They have really nice bike's, and accessories for your biking nerds.

I learned the former after purchasing the bike and latter right b...
