I wouldn't recommend this place at all. It's a terrible place to buy anything. They sold me a brand new motorcycle with damage and scratches on the plastic parts, and I paid almost $11,000. The manager's response was that damage is normal on a new motorcycle. What a lack of respect for customers! It's a new motorcycle, not a used one. Had a great experience at RideNow Dallas largely to do with my salesman Johnny! Although he upsold me on a new Turbo R I’m glad he did. I’d shopped quite a few dealerships prior to driving all the way over to Dallas. When sales people can’t answer questions about the products they are selling I know I can’t count on help after the sell. Johnny had every answer to every question and then some. Jeremy got me hooked up on a concourse 1400 I appreciate him man! Update over 2,000 miles later on her I’m absolutely in love and I do not regret the 4 hour ride to get it! yet again if you ever go out to ride now in Dallas ask for Jeremy he’s a really funny and just all around honest dude he’ll get ya hooked up!

There were so many red flags & I don’t recommend this dealership. For starters, the manager told me an out the door price & I wasn’t told a different price until I FLEW out here.
