I rented a bike and the whole experience I had since the first day I contacted Trek Lamar was great. The booking process was very easy and the bike was ready when I arrived to the store to pick it up. Alex and all the rest of the staff are very friendly and professional.

5/5 experience both in sales purchase and post sales support. The entire team here was helpful in answering questions and making sure I got the right bike and tire combo for what I wanted. The Trek staff is always so helpful, honest and friendly. They don’t try to oversell you. I had a Trek headlight go bad and they warrantied it, no questions asked. I also hope to buy another bike here soon!

Their bikes are great good deals. All the bikes I’ve gotten work great for what I need. The customer service is amazing everyone is so nice and friendly. Carl at the south lamar store always is knowledgeable and helpful.

They resolved an immediate problem so I could do a ride; after the ride they checked my bike and charging equipment along with noting my tires had some unsafe gouges in the sidewalls. They recommended and installed new thorn resistant tires in a slightly higher width for a better ride. They updated the bike’s software to the latest version which is impressive considering I had forgotten to request it.
