ATX Bike Shop gave us the best customer service! Dylan truly knows his stuff and took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly and done right. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend asking for Dylan if you stop by!

I've been riding bikes for 30 years I've dealt with a lot of bike shops in my day ATX bikes is one of the best bike shops I've ever had the opportunity to work with I have now purchased a bike and had bikes repaired. These guys go above and beyond they're super fair and I just can't say enough good stuff about this bike shop if you're looking for a bike or you have a bike that needs repair this is the place to go in Austin even if you have to drive a little further to get down the Slaughter L...

We’ve been to 3 different bike shops in Austin and ATX Bikes was the best one imo. Super happy with the bike I got today. Dylan is hands dow the most amazing help. Super knowledgable and made us feel really confident about our purchase. Best service and awesome clean store with a big parking lot where you can test ride outside. No silly waiver to sign like other bike shops I went too. Would definitely trust this place with all my bike service.

I asked a simple question and his response to my simple question was very short and sarcastic..."uh, the internet"... I was only dishing out what he was giving me and that's how the interaction went down. Had he not disrespected me, it never would have happened. I ended up calling the Peddler bike shop. AJ figured out a Burgtec axle...

ATX has been fantastic to deal with every time I’ve dropped in. Made me & my kiddo a forever customer for all our cycling needs.
