This man is super professional. Like a bikesmith. He does high quality work and does not over charge. I didn’t catch everything that was not correctly assembled on my bike. If I had my bike delivered to him and had him go over it I he would have only charged me half of what he did and I would have had zero problems or safety issues. Nicholas did an excellent job helping me with my e-bike. It wasn’t working when I brought it in, but after carefully diagnosing the issue, he managed all communication with the manufacturer and followed their testing requirements. He received and replaced the needed part, and when I picked it up, the bike was running perfectly. I really appreciate his professionalism and highly recommend him.

Great customer service. My bike had a rear flat tire and they fixed it up same day. They did not offer the ebike I had, Segway Xyber, so I was worried that they would not be able to work on it. They not only successfully patched my tire but also did it in no time!
