Maybe it’s just me but I often feel like the consumer is an inconvenience at some establishments these days. At MOD bikes this is not the case. They truly stand behind their product and I could not be happier with my experience and after purchase care. I can not speaking highly enough about the MOD squad team and their support. From the beginning I spoke with Jermery in the sales & support team and he answered all my questions, gave suggestions based on my life style, my potential uses and even my body size. They were able to hold shipping for awhile until I was back home and ready to receive my Sahara Easy sidecar bike. The package was shipped in a timely manner.
