Trek Bicycle Bee Cave

Since moving to Texas, I have searching for a good bike shop for my Specialized bike. I found one but it's down in Austin and that's a bit of a drive living up in this area. I recently had a flat and needed to get a new tube and tire. Searching for a local bike shop, I came across Trek Bicycle. Been trying to find my bike shop after moving from DFW area. Never been a fan of Trek shops, particularly former Bikes Inc. But this place is different. Great service. Some shops won’t service your bike timely unless you spend a bunch of money up front. Not this place. Had several repairs and tune ups done right, price fairly, and done quickly. Also knowledgeable staff helping with accessory purchases.

All the folks here are super nice and helpful about either buying a bike, accessory, or just bringing in your bike (Trek or not) for an honest opinion. Service costs are reasonable. Lake Travis Mountain Biking Team members get discount.

Trek BC has a great selection of products. James is always friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and patient. I haven’t had any service work done yet but a friend I referred was extremely pleased when the mechanic took care of several issues in less than two hours. Highly recommend Trek Bee Cave!

Brett in service was great to work with. He communicated well and the service team did a great job getting my two bikes up and running and cleaned them to like new condition.
