I'm a noob when it comes to biking. Just came in to find a fitness bike to try to get some exercise. The rep that helped me was very down to earth with no pressure to accessorize. Answered my questions and was respectable. Had some good conversation while I waited for my bike to get put together. I've done retail for many years in the past and this was the way I would handle my business. I will recommend others in my neighborhood out in Bastrop to visit this place for a new bike or service.

First time working with this shop and I’m impressed! Dropped off my road bike yesterday around lunch time to swap out the crankset and stem, got a very reasonable quote over the phone before doing so. Friendly staff, great service and always down to help if you’re in a pinch. They have serviced my bikes and also helped troubleshoot while working on my own projects. 10/10 recommend bringing your bike here for service if you’re in the area!
