I love my 512!! I was having a tough time deciding on the size and understanding the different features, so I called the phone number on the website. The founder answered my call, and talked to me at length about the bike and its capabilities. It was nice to have a personal touch and it really made me comfortable with the purchase. 10/10 recommend!!!
They sure design a pretty looking bike, but they'll be damned if they ever send it to you. I have the same story as several other reviewers. Ordered March '24, and the delivery time frame (never given a date, just a time frame), changed 3 times with no explanation. Absolutely awful company. I order a bike in November of 2023 with promise of delivery Q4 2023. Well it is now almost August of 2024 and I have not received the bike. They lied multiple times about delivery time frames. I finally requested a refund in July 2024 and now they say it’s going to be 1-2 months before I get my money back. Why so long? Buyer Beware, do not do business with Ristretto. I originally ordered the 512 early August. My order number was in the late 700's. I'm sure if you have done any reading on the company you will know they missed there original timeline of Q4 delivery. The FB group was then told January, then March, next it was June. AVOID IT at all cost My order (#9001586) was placed and fully paid for in early August 2024. After nearly five months, it was cancelled by Ristretto due to importation issues to Sweden. While I understand that these issues may have been out of Ristretto's control, the time it has taken to identify and communicate this is deeply concerning. More pressing, however, is the delay in processing my refund. So far no refund was made.
