Nicest people and fur baby. Knowledgeable owners. Super clean shop. My husband and I decided to get back to our roots and outdoors for the new year on bikes as a family. Jen and Brad made the bike shopping experience fun and affordable. We are so excited and can't wait to try all the trails and campsites recommended by Jen. Thank you, Bikealot!!

Called in and spoke with Jenna and she could not have been kinder. I had two flats on my bike and she walked me through everything I needed to know and let me know they could take care of it the same day. When I showed up the gentleman in the shop was just as friendly and had me rolling again in about thirty minutes. I will absolutely be coming back and I am happy to recommend them.

I live in the hood and just bought a bike so I stopped in to see if they carry locks. The person behind the counter quickly explained which lock type was better (the u shape, less possibility of stealing it) and which lock types were quicker to cut (chain). I remembered that I could use gloves and found a great pair. The fur baby was adorable. Very happy we have a bike shop in the hood.

The owner of this shop really saved the day with an expert assessment of my bike. Touring from east coast to west the stop in Austin and a visit to this shop. With bike now in top shape I proceeded to San Diego trouble free. Thank you sir!!!!
