I brought my ebike to Providence Bicycle so that they could install my new head display. While I was there I decided to upgraded to hydraulic brakes. I got a full inspection, tune-up, and the upgraded brakes. It cost about $600, and it was absolutely worth it! Great shop with a very friendly owner! If you’re using Google Maps to get here, make sure to park in front of the building across the street from Cumberland Farms. Otherwise, it might take you to the back entrance. The owner helped me right away and fixed a bad tube and tire on my electric e-bike. Best service since the Wright brothers. I’ve been loyal to Providence Cycle for many years and they never disappoint. Huuuge shout out to Patrick for an absolute successful Hail Mary!! Snapped a bolt in the most difficult location and Patrick worked on it for nearly an hour. He was able to get it out with shop and personal tools. Truly impressive work. If you ever need anything done, get to Providence Cycle!

Definitely my new go-to bike shop in Providence/Rhode Island as a whole. Have struggled to find shops that will work on e-bikes that don't have a New England attitude about it. The shop guys were friendly, service was fast and price for service was very reasonable.
