I bought 1 e-bike very nice fully loaded and the price is definitely great and cheaper than every other business I checked plus the have a rebate program I filled and got back $250.00

Came here with my bike to get it fixed but not only was it not open despite the website saying it is, but still they didn’t pick up after calling multiple times. I wasted my time with this.

This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I called around 8 AM just to ask a simple question about whether they carried a specific charger. Instead of answering, they hung up on me — twice. Shortly after, I received a text telling me to text the number I had just called. Fine, no problem. I asked my question by text and waited.
