Dash Bicycle Shop

Had an awesome experience with Dash! Came from Austin and rented two bikes to do the East Bay Bike path to Bristol. We ended up having a flat tire along the path and decided to call the shop. Corrine, one of their staff members, biked 7 miles out to help replace the tire so that we could continue on. So forever grateful to her! Staff is super friendly, communicative, and willing to help. This bike shop is excellent! The staff is so friendly and can help with anything. They don’t try to charge you a ton and really make the bike fixing or shopping experience great. It’s a small shop but they’ve got what you need. They have a friendly, local vibe and the staff is all very knowledgeable. They offer group rides and have a great community. This was exactly the kind of bike shop I was looking for! Locally owned, super friendly, and so helpful! I was visiting from out of town and just showed up in the afternoon in need of a quick repair. They set aside what they were doing, fixed my issue and another one I hadn’t asked about, and got me on my way in less than 30 minutes. Great shop and great people. Highly recommended!

I bought my new bike here. Jason was great, helped me to narrow it down to the one that was right for me. He was able to answer any question I had. Both Andrew and Josh are Super helpful for repairs or advice. Every time I’ve gone in, It’s a nice experience. Awesome bike shop! Buy local!
