This shop was so accommodating with my schedule and unique shipping situation when I was in town and found a bike I wanted to get back home. They were also quick to answer all of my questions. I ended up buying a bike there and they had great insight and suggestions for care, fit, etc. Was very happy overall.

Don't really make negative reviews, and it seems like the brick and mortar bike shop is filled with excellent people. Poor experience for me with the online side with a transaction. Probably a fluke but figured I'd share. Read the fine print on the returns policy. Overall, (if you're not local) maybe just shop with another online retailer or visit your local bike shop. My experience with Western Bike Works, Velotech Inc, and Nate from sales was a solid reminder.

Great service, great selection. Easy to order from. The sales team is knowledgeable. Their fitters helped me find a comfortable position without trying to sell me all sorts of new stems/posts/bars etc (first time fitting, so don’t have a comparison). I haven’t used their shops for maintenance/fixes, so can’t comment on that. Thanks Western Bikeworks!

I purchased several items from Western Bike Works online. I had an issue with a set of tires fraying with minimal miles on them. I spoke with Sam and Casey through and they were wonderful! They sent me a replacement set without hesitation and took the time to try and solve my issue. I cannot say enough positive comments about my experience dealing with them!
