We popped in because my Mokwheel had a slight slip when changing from 3rd to 4th gear. Not only did the shop fix my problem, they did it quickly and we got to meet the store mascot Ruthie! We chose to buy a Mokwheel E-bike specifically because there was a local shop to take it to for repairs and maintenance. We just didn’t realize what a great shop it was until we needed to use it.
