My favorite place for e-bike service. I get an annual tune up here and always get things fixed that I didn't know could work better. The whole team (shout out Bryan, Andrew, and Mark!) has a careful attention to detail and takes the time to explain the different tools, accessories, and improvements of how ebike designs are improving. I have been a loyal customer here for 6 years-- they are integral to my car-free lifestyle- and can't recommend them more highly!

Great staff & great service. My daughter blew a tire on her first eBike and brought it here for repair. The staff quickly repaired the tire and educated her on bike maintenance. I've found the staff to be incredibly knowledgeable on all things eBikes and am planning a purchase of my own bike here very soon. Highly recommend.

Absolutely stellar experience. Michael (forgive me for maybe misspelling your name, I didn't see it written down!) absolutely told me everything I needed to both replace my back tire tube (flat) and prevent a future flat to the best of my ability.
