These people stand behind the products they sell. If something doesn't work right they make it right. They've helped me with big and little commuting issues. I've used their bike tune up and maintenance services for years and their charges are reasonable. They clearly like bicyclists.

He inspected my bikes and explained what he was checking and how to tweak things on my own after I told him I have been wanting to learn.
