Trek Bicycle Portland Slabtown

Justin and his team were exceptionally responsive and generous with their time in helping my family get set up with the Fetch 4. It's a beast of a bike and we were nervous it wasn't going to be powerful nor nimble enough to handle our hilly commute. They helped us figure out how to make it work for us, and so far the bike has exceeded our expectations.

I have purchased two bikes from Trek Downtown. I also have had a older Trek serviced there for years.Always very friendly, excellent customer service.They have been great in telling me everything that is wrong with the bike. But then telling me what NEEDS to be fixed to be safe. I tell anyone I hear saying they are looking to buy a bike to go to Trek Downtown.You can spend less elsewhere, BUT there is a reason the Trek name costs more. Went there for a repair. They were straightforward about what my bike needed. Suggested replacing the needed 'part' with a slightly different type and explained why. Didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need. Replacement/repair was done quickly, while I waited.

Trek Downtown is now in Slabtown, the new location is super cool with lots of restaurants and coffee shops to explore near by. Not to mention the surf shop next door Cosube has a pretty solid breakfast burrito. They still have the same crew providing excellent work in the service department as well as all the same sales guys. Although parking may be a challenge it is definitely worth the trip.
