Wonderful little bike shop! I drove up from Eugene because they had the bike I wanted in a hard-to-find size (x-small). The bike was new with a couple upgrades from the OEM model. Plus, it was on sale for a really great price. They installed a rear rack the same day I bought the bike even though I didn't have an appointment. Tom was knowledgeable and helpful. He threw in a free T-shirt which my husband promptly put on. It's hard to imagine anyone having a bad experience here. Thanks, Tom!

Always so helpful! Most recently, I needed to bring in my ebike for a tune up and was able to pick it up the next day working like new :) I need my bike for work so the turn around time was SO appreciated. Highly recommend Tom and his shop!

Got a used bike from TomCat! Sean was knowledgable, helped me pick the right bike and fenders and rack and lock. I am very tall and thankfully they had a 63cm frame bike in stock that fit me well.
