Great service and good prices. I highly recommend using a bike shop to buy your electric bike. You can buy them online for a little cheaper but having the support of a bike shop I think is extremely important. The service was excellent and they added a couple of tune-ups into the deal which is worth over $250.

Have come here a few times now, mostly to have little things fixed as my Son is oretty rough on his bike. Recently, had some brakes out on a bike his buddy gave him. As always, friendy people, good service and advice. Prices are reasonable. Will continue going there when the need arises. They have a coupke cool dogs too. Definitely, worth checking out.

Such amazing help, they hooked me up last minute and assisted me in preparing to ship my bike up north. Very kind, extremely helpful. This is a shop to support. They had a wonderful selection of bike parts and accessories. Thanks Dan!!

I was able to walk in find an e-bike with the very knowledge help of the owner and her staff. And walk out the same day. Battery charged and ready to ride across PDX. Great having a bike store with great local knowledge and product knowledge.

Amazing. All across the board. I’ve stopped in a time or two just to fix a flat, and they’ve always been good about that. But I finally went in to get my old Schwinn fixed up (tires, tubes, chain, brakes need be) and they took great care. Coached me through some things, made my bike one of a kind. Shout out to Russ, his passion is there and it shows. I won’t have anyone else work in my bike. Thank you Outer Rim!
