I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share an amazing experience I had at Sellwood cycle. The knowledgeable staff was able to track down an odd brake issue on my e-bike. They took the time, effort and patience to diagnosis and fix the issue. They were super kind and thoughtful in their communication. They’ve earned a customer for life and I highly recommend checking them out if you need bike service of any kind. :)

This shop is my go to for quick service requests to seasonal repairs. The entire team cares about doing the job right and getting as many people on bikes as possible. Shout out to the entire team!

I have been coming to SCR for many years. I love all bike shops, but this one has a special place in my heart. I’ve bought used bikes here. I’ve bought new bikes. I’ve sold bikes. Had bikes repaired, modified, accessorized. The vibe is chill and helpful. If I run into problems, they fix them. Though I live in Hawaii now, I still come back.

I brought my bike in for repairs and was only charged for what needed fixing. They stood by their work; however, I noticed that my handlebars were out of alignment after the repair I dont think it was their fault but I tried to fix them myself but ended up making it worse. When I brought it back in, they fixed it for free with no charge. The customer service was great, and I highly recommend them!
